I understand this is an application. Upon approval of your application you will be invoiced. Payment schedule. Full payment is due Dec 31, 2025. Any applications received after that date are due upon invoice. Booth selection policy. Returning Exhibitors who apply before Oct 1, 2025 and make the full booth payment by Dec 31, 2025 will be guaranteed¹ their same (or queue) spot.

All Exhibitors who apply Between Oct 1, 2025 & Dec 31, 2025 and make the full booth payment by Dec 31 will be considered in the queue on their date of application.

Exhibitors who apply on or after January 1, 2026 will be considered in the queue on the date their full payment is received.
¹ As the floor plan continues to change, guaranteed spots will be provided to the best of our ability, but there may be instances where your previous booth location is no longer there or can't be provided for one reason or another. Insurance requirement.
INSURANCE MUST BE SENT IN BEFORE APRIL 1, 2026.

Exhibitors are required to carry general liability insurance in the amount of at least $2,000,000. Horse Expo Canada must be named as Additional Insured with the following Information:

Cancellation & refund policy. There are 2 options if written cancellation is received by Horse Expo Canada on or before Dec 31, 2025. Booth payment can be moved to Horse Expo 2027, less a $200 administration fee; OR a refund can be given less an administration fee of 10% of the booth cost or $200 (whichever is greater). After December 31st, 2025 no refunds will be available.
